Step 1: Sign Fee Agreement and Retain Us
Step 2: Pay Your Invoice
Once we have been retained; we will send you an invoice by email. Once you have made your payment (online by check or debit card), you can begin step 3.
Step 3: Compile Documents
To assist you with preparing your financial questionnaire, compile the following financial records. We will request these documents to be sent to us at a later time:
- Profit & Loss Statement for the last 12 months.
- 6 months bank statements
- Detailed Balance Sheet
- Last business tax return that was filed.
- mortgage statement (if business owns real estate)
- auto loan statement (if the business owns a vehicle)
- SBA Promissory Note(s) (if any)
Step 4: Complete Financial Questionnaire
In order for us to prepare the bankruptcy petition for your business, you will need to complete a detailed Finanancial Questionnaire.
Step 5: Correct your Draft Petition and Send Us Supporting Documents.
Once you submit your financial questionnaire, we will prepare your draft petition and send it to you to review and make corrections. You will return it to us by mail with the documents you compiled; or, upload them using the button below.
